BGA / PCB heater 150W with the function of supporting the separation of frames in iPhones

150W heater is designed for the spreading of lead and lead-free solder on BGA systems found on iPhones.

The main heating plate has a milled hole for BGA systems with dimensions of 15x16.3mm.

The device has a smooth temperature regulation in the range of 0-400 ° C.

The heater also has the ability to mount and immobilize the PCB, PBA board to perform soldering work on a heating plate with dimensions of 20x90mm. The maximum width of the PCB laminate that can be mounted in the holder is 46mm.
